One on One Services

This service option completely customizable to you. You will meet with Laura to discuss your goals and review what would you like to change or what you would like to get better at. Laura will guide you in setting and achieving goals using an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy informed approach, which blends the science of behavior with mindfulness and values-based strategies. This means you’ll learn practical ways to notice unhelpful thoughts or habits, stay focused on what matters most to you, and take steps toward meaningful change.
