Laura Lamantia, BCBA

Hi! I’m Laura. I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who specializes in helping people build skills for everyday life.

I’ve spent over 12 years working with people of all neurotypes, with a focus on neurodivergent individuals (autism, ADHD) and those navigating social anxiety. Through this work, I’ve seen how the right supports can make daily interactions feel more manageable and help people engage more comfortably with others. The goal isn’t to change who you are—it’s to help you build skills and confidence in a way that fits you.

I know that one-on-one professional support isn’t accessible to everyone. That’s why I created the Chatterfly Social Skills App: to bring practical conversation practice and confidence-building tools to anyone who wants support, wherever they are.

Meet with me 1:1

I provide practical support to create meaningful change — for all neurotypes.

Together, we will work to set achievable goals that are aligned with your values and needs. You’ll learn how to notice unhelpful thoughts or habits that may be holding you back. Your treatment plan will include actionable steps to help you achieve goals that are meaningful, realistic, and rooted in what truly matters to you. Along the way, your progress will be measured and celebrated.
