Laura Lamantia, BCBA
About Me
After 12 years of working with individuals on the spectrum, I’ve seen firsthand how building social skills in a supportive, welcoming environment can transform lives. That’s why I founded Chatterfly — to give individuals with autism a true sense of belonging by creating opportunities for skill development, social connection, and joy.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I take a goal-oriented, individualized approach, working with each person to set achievable goals that can be measured and celebrated. While our programs are purposeful and structured, fun is at the heart of everything we do—because learning and growing should be enjoyable!
My Mission
I’m passionate about helping people make meaningful connections, build confidence, and thrive in everyday life. My mission is to create a community where everyone feels supported, empowered, and inspired to grow—one skill, one friendship, and one fun experience at a time.
