Laura Lamantia, BCBA

About Me

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I combine the scientific principles proven to create behavior change with Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) strategies, an approach the focuses on building psychological flexibility—helping you notice unhelpful thoughts or feelings without getting stuck in them, so you can take actions that move you toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

While this approach works for all neurotypes, I have special expertise in working with people with autism. I have been working with those on the spectrum for over 12 years, and I’ve seen firsthand how building skills in a supportive, welcoming environment can transform lives. I strive to provide individuals with autism a true sense of belonging by creating opportunities for skill development, social connection, and joy—one skill, one friendship, and one experience at a time.

Everyone that works with me will receive personalized support. Together, we will work to set achievable goals that are aligned with your values and needs. This way, your progress can be measured and celebrated.
