Laura Lamantia, BCBA
After 13 years in the field, I know what it feels like to build everything from scratch. Over the years I found myself writing out similar goals, creating the same materials, having the same onboarding conversations with families and staff, over and over.
I started making resources to solve my own problems. The ABA Goal Bank, the Parent Training Manual, the BIP Strategies Bank and the rest were born out of real clinical need. I wanted things I could actually use to save me time and mental energy. If you're a BCBA who's tired of reinventing the wheel, you're in the right place.
The Chatterfly Social Skills app was built from a similar mindset. My clients needed a way to practice social communication skills between sessions, and I needed a structured way to teach those skills in session. So I built both the app the accompanying curriculum.
In addition to developing tools and resources for clinicians, I’m available for consultation with BCBAs who want guidance on program design, curriculum development, building a business, and more.
