If traditional talk therapy hasn’t quite clicked for you, or if you’re looking to supplement it with something more action-oriented, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) strategies combined with behavior therapy offers a focused, practical approach. Together, we will uncover how your thoughts and emotions might be controlling your actions and preventing you from living in alignment with your values. You will learn strategies that help you get out of your own way and be guided through setting action goals that are meaningful, realistic, and rooted in what truly matters to you.

I help teens and adults on the spectrum build practical skills for everyday life using behavior science and goal-focused strategies. Together, we set personalized goals and tackle challenges in manageable steps, boosting confidence, independence, and control over your life. Every session is tailored to your pace and priorities, so growth happens in ways that truly matter to you.
When social skills is an area of concern, there is no replacement for real-world experience with peers. After 12 years of experience working with people on the spectrum, I wanted to create a fun, supportive community for teens and adults with autism who want to make friends, feel more confident, and enjoy everyday life. Chatterfly will be launching a fun, professionally guided social skills program that supports growth through real-world experiences, group outings and community activities in Los Angeles.

One-on-one caregiver support sessions provide personalized education and guidance to help you support your child’s learning and reduce challenging behaviors. You’ll learn practical behavior analytic principles and techniques, and I’ll guide you step-by-step in applying them with your child.
If your child is already receiving ABA services through another provider, I can also offer consultation to review their treatment program, answer questions, and ensure they are receiving high-quality, effective care.
Caregiver support empowers you with the tools, confidence, and strategies needed to make a real difference in your child’s growth and development.
